If you’ve changed your mind, it’s not a problem you have 14 days to return or 30 Days to exchange

Our ultimate goal is to make sure you are happy with your purchase(s). If for any reason you don’t love what you bought, you can return it within (14) days or exchange it within (30) days by mail or in any of our stores from the date of purchase with a valid receipt. .

Purchases from can be returned either at a Marise store or by mailing it, as long as they are in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, unaltered item(s) and with the price ticket(s) still attached, to receive a full refund.

Please note that refunds will be processed using the same payment method used in the original purchase.

All Items reduced less than 40% can be exchanged only within 14 days of the purchase.

Please note that the following items are excluded from this refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange:

  • Undergarments
  • Earrings
  • Gift Cards/ Gift Receipts
  • Hats
  • Hosiery and socks
  • All Items reduced more than 40% are considered Final Sale, no reimbursements, exchanges, or credits


For all returns Original ticket must be attached to the returned item, as well as the transaction receipt, Marise Inc reserve the right to refuse damaged returns before issuing any credit.

The shipping fees for the returned items is not refunded by Marise, Please stick the return label on a secured package protecting the returned goods.

No returns would be accepted in person at the head office

In all returns, a valid purchase receipt needs to be submitted. The refund will be processed in the same way the purchase was made; if within the 14 days of the purchase, or exchanged if within 30 days of purchase.

A store credit would be given in the event that the purchase(s) is made for more than 30 days. 

Orders Processed with PayPal:

Purchased products with PayPal have to be returned only by mail in order to credit the PayPal Account.

If you would rather return items at Marise store, only store credit can be given.


Price revision is accepted if a price of an item is marked down within 30 days of purchase.

2. If item is purchased in store, you need to go in any of our stores & have a valid receipt.

3. The price adjustment for items purchased within 30 days can't be given to items purchased at up to 49% only
